WHAT WE NEED TO PROCESS YOUR RoHS :
Bill of Materials (BOM)
- preferably in MS Excel or other spreadsheet format
- Please indicate any components with order assembly requirements
- BOM should contain – # of parts/pcb, Designator, Partnumber or description
Solderpaste Stencil files or PCB Gerbers files for boards with SMT components
Any order assembly instruction
 
IMPORTANT :
1st pin marking on ICs & component polarity marking needs to be shown on PCB or on a separate silkscreen file

For uninterrupted assembly process, we ask for a 3% extra parts for attrition purposes. All unused parts can either be

kept with us for future usage or be sent back to you with the assembled boards
Parts needs to be sent in cut out tape, reel, or tube format. If parts has to be sent in loose quantities, please ensure proper packing to avoid damage to components
